Micro Input Module
[VIEW DATASHEET]
You
can now log additional data alongside that of GPS by using
the new Micro Input Module.
With
one
RPM and four analogue inputs, it is possible to
record such parameters as engine speed, throttle angle, or
brake force and so enhance the analysis that your PerformanceBox
already offers.
A
simple screw terminal - which disconnects from the module
itself - makes for starightforward connection to engine sensors
or ECU outputs. Signals are scaled and offset on the PerformanceBox
itself, which now has an Input Module mode - the latest firmware
which includes this can be downloaded from here.
The
Micro Input Module connects to the Aux socket on the rear
of the PerformanceBox, and communicates its data via serial
RS232. All units shipped after 1st October 2009 have serial
capability - if you purchased your PerformanceBox prior to
this date it can be upgraded. Please contact your
local distributor to arrange this. |
